OptiCreatine™ (5g)
Five grams per day. That's the dose backed by hundreds of studies across decades of research. OptiCreatine™ (as creatine monohydrate) saturates your phosphocreatine stores, accelerates ATP regeneration, and supports strength, power, and recovery. We use monohydrate because it's the most studied form with the strongest evidence.
BCAAs 2:1:1 (3.5g)
Instantized Branched Chain Amino Acids in the clinically validated 2:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine, and valine. BCAAs stimulate muscle protein synthesis, reduce exercise-induced muscle damage, and decrease delayed onset muscle soreness. The instantized form mixes clean and absorbs fast.
Tart Cherry Extract (480mg)
Loaded with anthocyanins that reduce inflammation and oxidative stress after intense training. Clinical studies show tart cherry accelerates recovery, reduces muscle soreness, and supports healthy sleep patterns. 480mg per serving gives you a meaningful dose, not a pixie-dust sprinkle.
Magnesium (200mg) + Vitamin D (25 mcg)
Most athletes are magnesium deficient. Di-magnesium malate drives muscle contraction, protein synthesis, and nervous system recovery without the GI distress of cheaper forms.
